  4. The helmet and the car protect you like a beetles wings protects it. Symbolism

  5. We can infer that the government controls the Fire Department because now it is a National Fire department, and firemen now start fires, instead of putting them out. The national part means that its all over the United States, so all the fire departments are starting fires and burning nooks.
