  2. BC Oh La La Sale • Will not form part of BC purchase. • Will be receiving 5% flat bonus base on purchase in Oh La La items.

  3. The Contract Requirements

The BC Contract SECTION I. DEFINITION OF TERMS R) Satellite Business Center or Satellite BC – refers to a 3rd Party financed by an existing BC with area/location other than the approved BC operating office. Satellite BC is not a duly authorized distributor of Sophie Paris products, nor is he allowed by the 1st Party to engage in recruiting Sophie Paris members, receiving, processing and distribution of member orders as well as handling of cash cards and promo prizes.      

  5. The BC Contract 2.3. The 2nd Party shall be authorized to maintain only one (1) operating office as a BC. Accordingly, the 2nd Party is strictly prohibited from opening, maintaining or operating satellite outlets for whatever purpose. A violation of this prohibition shall be an additional ground for the termination of this Agreement.

  6. The BC Contract SECTION V. BUSINESS CENTER’S ROLE AND OBLIGATION 5.7 BC Role g.) During the first three (3) weeks of the catalog period, the 2nd Party is prohibited from selling the USP items and the 2nd Party is further obligated to display the USP items in the BC during the said period.

The BC Contract SECTION V. BUSINESS CENTER’S ROLE AND OBLIGATION On the monthly requirements per BC contract period, an amount equivalent to 0.25% will be deducted from the BC bonus if: BC does not meet the required average starter kit purchase based on his existing BC level (average purchase of 2 months) BC does not meet the required average catalog purchase based on his existing BC level (average purchase of 2 months) BC does not meet the required events required based on his existing BC level BC does not meet the required recruitments based on his existing BC level Total deduction if fails in all 4 categories will be 1%

The BC Contract SECTION VI. BUSINESS CENTER PRIVILEGES 6.1. Cash Incentives          The 2nd Party shall be entitled to cash incentives based on his/her total monthly Business Center sales. These incentives shall be transferred via Corporate Internet Banking by the 1st Party to the 2nd Party’s nominated Banco De Oro savings/current account number, which shall be supplied by the 2nd Party on the established cut-off date. a) BC Bonus        Based on his/her total monthly Business Center sales, the 2nd Party shall be entitled to a BC Bonus as follows:
