  4. United States Congress House of Representatives July 20, 2007 Passed House Concurrent Resolution 87 recognizing an annual World Day of Remembrance for road crash victims to be held on third Sunday of November each year. Introduced by Congressman Robert Wexler (55 co-sponsors)

  5. United States Congress Senate October 23, 2007 Unanimously passed Senate Concurrent Resolution 39, supporting a World Day of Remembrance for road crash victims. Introduced by Senator Christopher J. Dodd
