  1. Robot Structuralsom analyseverktøy Anders Hassel, Rambøll Norge AS Marius Jablonskis, NTI CADcenter AS

  2. Agenda • Robot Structuralsom analyseverktøy i Rambøll Norge • Eksempler fra aktuelle prosjekter • Nyheter i Robot StructuralAnalysis 2015 • Tips og Triks • Tilleggsapplikasjon • Q&A

  3. News EN Eurocode National Annexes update The following National Annexes (NA) for Eurocode EN 1992-1-1:2004 AC:2008 were added: • NBN EN 1992-1-1 ANB:2010 - Belgian NA • DS/EN 1992-1-1 DK NA:2011 - Danish NA • NEN-EN 1992-1-1+C2:2011/NB:2011 - Dutch NA • SR EN 1992-1-1:2004/NB:2008 - Romanian NA • SS EN 1992 - 1-1 : 2008 - Singaporean NA • EN 1992-1-1/BFS 2011:10 EKS8 - Swedish NA

  4. News • Wind load simulation and automatic generation of wind loads • Improved bi-directional model data exchange between Autodesk Revit Structure and Robot. • Cut by Plane feature • New "more" option to access the whole list of design codes

  5. News • Optimization of the dynamic update when local coordinate systems are displayed • New American Standard ANSI/AISC 360-10 for Steel Member Design • New SPLICE connection according to EN 1993-1-8

  6. News Direct Analysis Method - A new approach to stability design The Direct Analysis Method for steel frame structures is a new AISC approach for the stability design which requires: • The addition of notional forces to the load combinations, • The reduction of the member stiffness, • P-delta local effects for the P-DELTA analysis.

  7. News • R/C spread/continuous footings - soil parameters and geotechnical options can now be assigned to several foundations at the same time.

  8. News Extensions of the reinforcement options • It is possible to design continuous footing under walls based on the selection of nodes. • The presentation of declared reinforcement in zones has been improved for the provided reinforcement of slabs.

  9. BIMware

  10. Useful addins for Robot (API)
