  2. Student Records Menu Grades- at the close of every semester, final grades are posted here. This is the only OFFICIAL notification of grades from the University. Grades are NOT mailed home. Account Summary (Pay online)- this link allows you to view your current bill (tuition, fees) and it directs you to a variety of payment options Analysis of Academic Progress - a complete report that provides you with a full picture of your progress towards finishing your degree. It contains: academic policy information, requirements still needed (GenEd, Major) and shows you what has been completed or is in progress. *Tip: You can also select “modeling” to view the requirements for other majors. Holds- click here to see if your account access is being blocked. The screen will tell you what holds are active and who (which office) to contact itoresolve them. Unofficial Transcript- a snapshot view of all of your semesters (and your earned grades). Advisor- students may be assigned both a Primary Advisor (if you are undeclared, part of EOF/Athletics, Adult Learning, etc) and a Faculty Advisor. This is where you can locate contact information for your Advisor(s). If no information is present, contact your Major Department.

Registration Menu Drop/Add Classes – this is where you can enter the 5-digit Call # for a class to add it to your schedule (or use the “drop” function to remove a class) *If you have any active holds though you will not be able to drop or add online! Student Schedule – neat, compact list of your classes. Very useful to carry with you as you learn your schedule. Have it with you when you buy your textbooks! Detailed Schedule - visual (grid) chart of your classes Registration Status – all students (eligible to register) are assigned their own “priority registration” day/time each semester. Click here to find out exactly when you can begin registering. The system will not allow you to register before your day/time has arrived! *Students with an active hold(s) will NOT be able to register via WESS.

  4. Financial Aid Menu If you currently receive any Financial Aid and/or if you are seeking information regarding Financial Aid, then EVERY link under this menu is extremely important for you. Please take the time to visit each item and learn all the information and details they contain. Applying for and/or receiving financial aid is just the first step with regards to understanding, managing and using your aid wisely and effectively each semester.

  5. Courses Menu Course Section Search – use this option to search for a specific course by day of the week and time blocks. It allows you to set parameters (i.e. nothing before 10am or classes that meet on Thursday only). Course Sections – If your schedule is flexible and specific days/times are not a concern, then you can use this option to search for all of the courses offered under a specific department (i.e. all PSYC courses ). Online & Hybrid Courses List– Each semester the University is adding more and more online (virtual) or hybrid (both in-class and online) courses to our schedule. This link provides you with a condensed list of these courses. Schedule of Courses Book – Consult this resource to see the various courses offered each semester that fulfill a GenEd, along with all policy information and the final exam schedule.
