  2. Leadership Workshop • March 22nd • 10am-1pm at tech

  3. Purple day • Support Relay by wearing purple! • April 3rd • 1st period with the most people wearing purple will get a donut breakfast! • Door decorating contest!

  4. Hopping For A Cure-Alyssa • April 14-17th • During 4th and 5th lunches • Bring in jelly beans – 1 hour per bag/max 3 per member • Jelly beans due by April 4 • There will be a sign up sheet to work lunches

  5. Senior Medallions-Alexus • Money is due by Monday April 21st !!! • Medallions are $10 • Checks made out to TBT

  6. Ceremony night • May 22nd • All members are required to go • Induct our new officers for the 2015-2016 school year into their positions • Senior Ceremony

  7. Elections • Officer elections for the 2014-2015 year are during the April club meeting • See Mrs. Hollingsworth for nomination sheets • NOMINATION FORM DUE BY MARCH 1, 2014 at 8am

President Oversee all operations of the chapter Communicate regularly with the chapter advisor Meet regularly with other officers/prior to every chapter meeting Conduct chapter meetings Chair member discipline committee Attend all Beta functions Vice-President Assist President in overseeing all chapter functions Monitor and record member service hours Schedule places/times for meetings and functions thru appropriate school officials Attend all Beta functions Chair by-law committee Conduct chapter meetings in absence of President Treasurer Keep financial records for the chapter File appropriate reports and fees with National office Oversee chapter fundraising Assist chapter advisor in the collection of dues and fees from members

Secretary Handle all chapter correspondence (invitations, thank you notes, etc.) Assist chapter advisor with all printed programs, announcements, etc. Send articles, pictures, etc. to Beta Journal Prepare PowerPoint for every meeting Keep attendance at all meetings Warden Oversee proper management of all chapter meetings Follow Roberts Rules of Order for all voting procedures Oversee nominations and elections of chapter officers Assist in review of member discipline issues Oversee member conduct at all chapter meetings Assist with attendance at chapter meetings Historian Keep chapter scrapbook (electronic version is OK) Attend Beta functions and gather photographs for scrapbook Monitor all media for information on TBT Beta events Relay for Life Team Captain Coordinate all fundraising and educational efforts for TBT Relay Coordinate committees for the event Assist members with sign up and fundraising Attend all Relay for Life events Attend monthly Relay Team Captain meetings

  10. Relay For Life-Caitlin • Our biggest event of the year! • $100 raised to get a t-shirt and stay the night • Sign up online to join the TBT Beta Relay team • April 11-12th 2014 • Our goal is $5,500

  11. Baskets-Caitlin • We need more baskets and basket supplies • Pet Basket- Treats, Litter, Toys, Collar, Leash, etc. • Movie Basket- Popcorn, Candy, Movie Giftcards • Picnic Basket- Blanket, Basket, Silverware set • Grease Basket- The movie, movie basket items, Lightning bolt, Letter “R”, other Grease themed items • Adult beverage baskets are very popular with the adults! • Gift cards!!!!!! • Baskets • Clear-wrap • Items listed above • Completed baskets turned in by April 3 are worth 10 hours
