  11. ELISHA ASKS FOR SIGHT 2Kings 6:17 Then Elisha prayed and said, “O LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” And the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

  12. HOW THE ATTACK - BATTLE IS SEEN

  13. ELISHA LOOKS AT IT WITH PRAYER2Kings 6:18 And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD and said, “Strike this people with blindness, I pray”...

  14. AN ARMY WHO NOW SEES NOTHING..18b...So He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.

  15. ELISHA OFFERS TO LEAD THE BLIND ARMY2Kings 6:19 Then Elisha said to them, “This is not the way, nor is this the city; follow me and I will bring you to the man whom you seek.” And he brought them to Samaria.

  16. HOW THE ARREST IN SAMARIA IS SEEN

  17. ELISHA PRAYS AGAIN2Kings 6:20 And it came about when they had come into Samaria, that Elisha said, “O LORD, open the eyes of these men, that they may see.” So the LORD opened their eyes, and they saw; and behold, they were in the midst of Samaria.

  19. DON’T KILL THEM2Kings 6:22 And he answered, “You shall not kill them. Would you kill those you have taken captive with your sword and with your bow? ...

  26. 2Cor. 4:17 For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, 18 while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
