  3. SO# on ATRN 12-byte informational field has been added to track the service order number on your adjustments. www.cdg.ws

  4. New view functionality on AUSO View field allows you to enter a specific USOC. All instances of that USOC are returned on the browse screen. Only full matches are returned. www.cdg.ws

  8. RAC key edits on aixc and aeod • New RAC edits compare the first four bytes of the RAC key on AEOD and AIXC against the RAC key on ACOM • RAC edits help protect against users copying EO and IXC records between different companies, and not updating the RAC keys www.cdg.ws

  9. CIC Added to ATEL ATEL usage is now routed by CIC based on the newly added field. ATEL usage will show up under the appropriate CIC on all usage reporting done at a CIC-level. www.cdg.ws

  10. AIXC Bill Pack Display The Bill Pack Display indicator has been added to AIXC to control whether or not invoices appear on ABIL at an IXC level. This field defaults to the Bill Pack Display value entered on ACOM. www.cdg.ws

  11. Clear Month-To-Date (MTD) File on Extract (Mid-range Only) The ACXTRCT control card has been modified to allow the deletion of the MTD file for the listed companies. When the extract is complete, any usage retained in error will be cleared from the MTD file. www.cdg.ws

  14. Duplicate Usage • AC0815 modified for On-Line Daily customers • Duplicates are checked for and dropped within the same merge • Prior to bill run, submit AC0815 special processing #7 • Killer record file created • Merge in file to reverse duplicate records www.cdg.ws

DUPLICATE USAGE • Even if most, if not all, files are processed within the same merge, this process will catch additional duplicates • Duplicate check: From #, To #, Date, Connect Time, Duration, and Direction • Sort order is different for AC0815 than the Merge process • Company, CIC, RPI & TGN are included in the Merge sort order, but not in the AC0815 sort order • Allows more duplicates to be found www.cdg.ws

  16. DUPLICATE USAGE • Summary • AC0815 special processing #7 creates a file with ‘killer records’ • Run one additional Merge pulling in these ‘killer records’ to reverse the duplicate records • Billing is more accurate • CDR file is more accurate www.cdg.ws

  19. ANCC • Purpose of the Screen • To have the system populate the USOCs on ACKB • Save time when adding new circuits • Once USOCs appear within ACKB, you I (install) or D (delete) USOCs • Basic rules have not changed: Match Rate ID, NC, NCI and/or Sec-NCI/LTP to bring in USOCs www.cdg.ws
