  1. Ways to fast and Easy Project Report Writing - Analyze & amp; Interpret the data What’s a good report? The answer to that can be quite subjective depending on the kind of report you are writing. But I dare make the very general assumption that most reports are created with the intent of providing insight into what’s going on, the progress being made or the lack of it – summarized in a way that can in turn give the reader the information s/he needs to gain insight on how to go about future decisions. This means that a good report has to offer an unbiased summary of information that describes things as they are. So, it goes without saying, (which of course won’t stop me!) that the information you are looking to incorporate, depends largely on the kind of insights the reader wants to get. So how do you go about making this process quicker? Here are a few ideas that ought to help you create a quick and meaningful report! The right data To collect the right data, it helps to have a list of the right questions to get the right answers. What do you want to tell? From which time frame? This will automatically make sorting through the clutter of information a lot easier, because you know exactly what you’re looking for and when it happened! Analysis made easy Having a well-defined plan of analysis is what you need to make sure you get quicker and accurate results. This of course, isn’t all that hard - what with all the tools you have available at your disposal. This is especially true for those of you who need to create social media reports. Recognizing patterns in user trends are made pretty simple with sites like Buffer that offer analysis tools especially designed for social media. Drawing the right conclusions

  2. After you have an analysis of the data ready – the next step is interpretation. What conclusion can be drawn from the analysis? Understanding what the patterns imply can be tricky, but being able to understand what those patterns imply is one of the deciding factors of whether a report turns out good or not. Keeping it straightforward The final step involves putting it all together. The most effective way to do this is to simplify big sentences into short points without compromising its ability to convey a given piece of information. Paraphrasing doesn’t always come easy to people, but it’s important to be able to do, in order to create a solid project report writing. Keeping it simple and thorough at the same time might seem almost antithetical, but is an achievable skill if practiced regularly. This of course isn’t an exhaustive list, but is however a general one. You can keep them in mind while writing almost any kind of report - social media or newsletter writing. At the end of the day – the more you practice the faster and better you are likely to become. So go ahead and practice!
