  2. HR UPDATE

  3. New Reports OHB547R1 (Leave Projection Report) will be posted in August, September and October. The report is used to monitor employees over the maximum hours of leave before the leave sweep that occurs with the first regular payroll in November.

  4. New Reports ODW843 (Current Earnings Report for Multiple Appointments) OHB0501 (Zero Check Register Report) OHUB821 (T&A report was updated with MHLRR deduction amounts)

  5. Coming Soon SNAP_EMPLOYEE will be updated-to calculate Annual Base Salary Amounts for employees who are NON-table driven, hourly, and are less than one FTE to ‘Actual’ amounts OHUB829 will be published to record PMAC and PACC changes

  6. Ad Hoc Reports Identifies current LDPR codes for employees Identifies employees with LDPR or Work Cycle overrides on AGYS Identifies terminated employees with active deductions including direct deposit Preliminary position history reporting Employee comp time balances and payoff liability

  7. Ad Hoc Reports Source code for the ad hoc reports is located on the SAM II website at http://www.missouri.gov/mo/samii/hr/hrdw/adhoc/adhrpts.htm under either the Access Reports or Focus Reports section.
