  6. 5 Competence Behaviors • Deliver Results – perform poorly or fail to deliver • Get Better – force fit become irrelevant • Confront Reality – give lip service, ignore reality • Clarify Expectations – leave expectations unclear • Practice Accountability – point fingers, don’t take responsibility
