    2: História LZ, 10 anos, branca, natural do Paraná QD: Dor em quadril esquerdo há 5 meses. HMA: Paciente começou a apresentar dores na articulação coxo-femural esquerda há 5 m. A dor foi progressiva, até incapacitar a deambulação da paciente. Perda importante de peso – 12 Kg em 4 m. EF: REG, CHAAAE FR- 22 Emagrecida MV + sem RA BRNF em 2T sem sopro Abdômen inocente Dor importante a movimentação do MIE com limitação da movimentação do mesmo. Pulsos periféricos +, perfusão periférica presente.

    3: Exames de Entrada: Hb 10,9 Ht 33% Leuco 6600 (Segmentados 54%, Bastonetes 1%, Linfócitos 34%, Monócitos 9%, Eosinófilos 2%) Realizado radiografia de quadril e MIE e RNM de pelve e MMII

    7: HD: Osteomielite Crônica Tumor de Ewing

    8: Diagnóstico: Foi isolado S. aureus em hemocultura sensível a Oxacilina. O tratamento com Oxacilina 200 mg/Kg/dia
