  4. OMG!!!! This is going to be rough…. OMG!!!! Has she not read the website & seen the posters all over the place….

  5. Safety is (a) Always the leadership team’s #1 priority (b) Sometimes (C) Not You’ve GOT to be kidding me! These people are just using this survey to have a go at management. “The most important thing to Laurice in her job is on-time, on-budget project delivery. She cares about safety for sure & of course she doesn’t want anyone to get hurt, but her focus is getting the job done on time & on budget.” “The posters? Oh yeah, that’s just political stuff that they have to say. It doesn’t actually mean anything.”

  6. How do I FEEL? I FEEL TERRIBLE, that’s how I FEEL! Oh! I see where she is going with this…. OK, now I feel vulnerable, and I don’t like it. I actually feel PHYSICALLY UNCOMFORTABLE!

Had a compensated fatality rate of 3.8 (per 1000 employees) compared with an all industries rate of 1.6 (per 1000 employees). • Mental health is valued by: • My CEO 56% • My industry 52% • 2000-01 to 2009-10 serious compensation claims: • Median time lost per claim by 7%. • Median time lost = 4.4 working weeks per serious injury. • 154 wkg weeks per day are lost • Median payout by 38%. • Median payout = $9,800 per serious injury. • $350,000 per day or $1,750,000 per week or $70,000,000 per yr.
