  3. Flag of Australia Australia’s flag has a meaning. The southern cross is a constellation of stars that can be seen from Australia’s states and territories. The seven pointed star represents each of Australia’s six states and one additional point represents Australia’s territories.

  5. Type of Government They have a parliamentary democracy. They have three branches. The reason is so all three branches has equal power. They also have a three–tiered system (local, state, and federal). Parliament of Victoria
