  7. Sunshine Books • Read with child. • Sign note. • When book is returned another will be sent home at that time.

  8. Spelling words Spelling Word List in clear page protector,in back of binder Final Test on Friday Practice Test on Wednesday

  9. Snack calendar Calendars will be sent home monthly. .

  10. Student of the day Rotates every 16 days

  11. birthdays Students may bring special treats to share with their classmates on their birthday and celebrate their special day.

  12. volunteers Volunteers to work in the classroom are always welcome!!! Just set up a time with Mrs.Duke

  13. Reading groups Students are grouped according to testing scores. Groups are always flexible and change as time is needed for mastery of skills.

  14. Ice-cream FRIDAYS only

  15. NO HOMEWORK ON FRIDAY

  16. LICE Will try to check on Fridays.
