  3. Although the young people in the Europe are more skilled and educated than even before, youth employment remains twice high as general unemployment rates. In the current European context, employment is far from promoting equal opportunity for young people in the society. In order to make any progress, youth social integration should urgently be conceived as a collective responsibility, whose realization requires the equal involvement of all actors, including policy makers, youth organizations and the social partners.

  4. Quality of the young people’ jobs • Policy on European level has to develop a charter on the rights of interns in the Europe • The aim should be to set a minimum social security and descent wages on the one hand and to consider the young generation as an experienced group with their useful values, abilities and capacities on the other hand • Therefore youth social integration shall be conceived as a collective responsibility in the EU • State should be also focused more on the education consisted from 2 levels- theoretical and practical in collaboration with the economy sector

  5. More vacancies or strategies to fill them • More economical support for orientation to the right jobs • Appropriate accompaniment for the jobseeker and the company at the start of the job • To improve the labor mobility it is necessary to have a flexible labor market

Innovations and sustainable economic growth • Higher Spending in the Research and Development from the EU Member States with binding EU targets • The EU should stimulate innovation and encourage non-formal education by the youth organizations • The EU should stimulate specialization of the different countries in high value added productions • The re-education and recycling of non-qualified workers

  7. Getting work to people; people to work • There should be a stimulate creating of the working places; the companies should, at least partly, sponsor its workers'’ housing and the transport • The government should stimulates the creating of the working places • A business sector should create the working places • The government should sponsor the transport and the housing for the workers (development)
