  • What did you like about the PEERS Program?
    • The opportunity to talk with other teachers.
    • Hearing the approaches that other teachers use in different situations.
    • I enjoyed sharing questions, concerns, and successes with my peers. I also enjoyed helping to answer their questions.
    • Working with teachers is a very valuable way to learn.
    • It took place at our school.

    • Follow-up in the spring with Ashland University faculty

PEERS Requirements

Proposal

  • Decide on a topic and Recruit team members
  • Submit Completed Proposal Form

Log Hours: 20 hours-Facilitators & 15 hours-Members

  • Study Tables: Total 9 hours of Study Table meetings and 6 hours of Observations.
  • Action Research: Total 12 hours of Action Research meetings and up to 3 hours of outside research.

Reports

  • Complete a Group and Individual Report
  • Present project to staff (PowerPoint)

Stipends
