High Level Timeline • DEC 8, 2017 – Market requalification period ends • Any CRR Account Holders or Counter-Parties that have not completed requalification will need to communicate their intentions to ERCOT • Cannot guarantee there will be enough time to get them qualified prior to implementing the new MUI • DEC 8, 2017 – Last day to qualify on current MUI • Any new CRR Account Holders or Counter-Parties will only be qualified on the new MUI after this date and can start participating in auctions held after the MUI implementation • JAN 22, 2018 – MUI implementation go-live • Any CRR Account Holders or Counter-Parties that have not completed requalification will not be able to participate in any auctions after this date, until a qualification test is passed • NOV/DEC 2017 – Reminder for PCRR-eligible NOIEs • NPRR808, Three Year CRR Auction, requires off-cycle allocation • 2020 annual allocation will be completed using the current MUI

Recent Market Communications • SEP 19, 2017 – Reminder Market Notice for the scheduled WebEx sessions (September 20 and 28) • Another reminder to test MOTE digital certificates • Attached to MUI Operator Message • SEP 27, 2017 – Reminder Market Notice for the second scheduled WebEx session (September 28) • Another reminder to test MOTE digital certificates • Attached to MUI Operator Message • OCT 6, 2017 – Reminder Market Notice for the available online MUI training course • Attached to MUI Operator Message

Requalification Status • WebEx sessions • Session 1 on SEP 20 had ~35 attendees • Session 2 on SEP 28 had ~75 attendees • As of OCT 6 • 59 CRR Account holders have requalified (~230 registered CRR Account Holders); that’s only 26% • MOTE digital certificates • We still have ~35% of CRR Account Holders and ~40% of Counter-Parties that DO NOT have an active MOTE digital certificate

  6. Questions/Open Discussion • REMINDER: In order to participate in CRR Auctions after the January 2018 implementation of the upgraded MUI, CRR Account Holders and their Counter-Parties must pass a requalification test.
