  4. Type of family : extended • Total family income : Rs.9000 per month • Economic status : middle class

  5. MEDICAL HISTORY • Rehma Beevi, hypertensive for 3 yrs • On Allopathic treatment with Amlodipine(5 mg) + Atenolol(50 mg) , 1 tablet per day • Taking treatment from private hospital • Routine investigations were done • Treatment costs around Rs.1320 per year • Regular treatment with periodic medical check-up and blood pressure well controlled • No other illness

  6. MEDICAL EXAMINATION • GENERAL EXAMINATION Moderately build and nourished no pallor, icterus, cyanosis, clubbing,lymphadenopathy PR – 82/min RR – 16/min • SYSTEMIC EXAMINATION within normal limits
