What is digital citizenship • Digital Citizenship is a concept which helps teachers, technology leaders and parents to understand what students/children/technology users should know to use technology appropriately. Digital Citizenship is more than just a teaching tool; it is a way to prepare students/technology users for a society full of technology. Too often we are seeing students as well as adults misusing and abusing technology but not sure what to do. The issue is more than what the users do not know but what is considered appropriate technology usage. • Also digital citizenship is

The nine elements of digital citizenship • Digital Access:full electronic participation in society. • Digital Commerce:electronic buying and selling of goods. • Digital Communication:  electronic exchange of information. • Digital Literacy:process of teaching and learning about technology and the use of technology. • Digital Etiquette: electronic standards of conduct or procedure. • Digital Law:electronic responsibility for actions and deeds. •   Digital Rights & Responsibilities: those freedoms extended to everyone in a digital world. • Digital Health & Wellness:physical and psychological well-being in a digital technology world. • Digital Security (self-protection):electronic precautions to guarantee safety.

  5. What is the article about? • The article was about a women called Ms Baskerville she used the application to attack government policies. So it lead to an argument between the newspaper and her.

What are the social and ethical consequences/significances surrounded by this article? • So it lead to an argument between the newspaper and her, so it affected maybe her job and by effecting her job she was effected her family • Maybe it lead to depression to her children because their mother lost her job and it lead to other children making fun of them

The responsibility falls on both of them the newspaper and Ms Baskerville • She is responsible for everything that happened because she attacked the government by a mobile application • The newspaper is responsible for damaging her life by making her lose her job and also damaging her image in front of her family and friends

What are the social impacts of the IT development on human life? • The IT development effected the human life by the good and the bad in the same time • It effected the human life by the good by, it made life easier for lots of things, like it made people keep in touch just by opening twitter and seeing each others tweets • But it made bad effects on the human life, like it made the people be lazy and be addicted to there mobiles or computer, so it make people unsocial just by using it too much
