How can we ensure we develop models that aggregate our whole experiences?

Using your checklist: abstracting ideas Synthesisputting ideas together, finding relationships Revisionreflecting on previous entries - using the checklistto update previous ideas, monitor changes Knowledge transforming experiences – finding patterns from Synthesis and Revision (above) and placing these in the context of theories or concepts
  12. After every activity and lecture – take 5 minutes to jot down your thoughts in the form of:What happenedSo What? (what did you learn)Now what? (what are you applying for next time)
