  2. Definicijasistemskeanalize • Sistemska analiza je proces kojim se identifikuje, rekonstruiše, optimizuje i kontroliše neki sistem. Pod pojmom sistem podrazumeva se celina sastavljena od delova koji su međusobno povezani i deluju bilo međusobno jedni na druge unutar sistema ili prema okolini.
