This program aims to help teens thrive as independent young adults by teaching them essential life skills and guiding them through challenges. Topics include decision-making, goal clarification, job readiness, communication skills, physical and mental health, time and financial management, clothing care and repair, positive relationships, love and relationships, prenatal health, nutrition, and cooking skills.
