Lawson M3 Java Audit Trail Customer Correction Self-Service - CCSS • CCSS performs pre-req and co-req dependency checks whenever downloading • Lawson attempt to restrict individual MCEs to a single action number • Have multiple action numbers rather than large MCEs • Dependency tree will grow vertically but not horizontally • Some fixes for non-Business Engine products are included in CCSS • Developing area • MEM has separate client, with pre-req downloading • Can apply fixes but needs manual sequencing • Fixes including database changes appear in blue in LCM • Cannot be removed!

Lawson M3 Java Audit Trail Naming Convention of Fixes • Naming convention determines destination directory • TFix_Fix001_MVX.zip • Fix for standard MVX component • TFix_Fix456_CUS.zip • Fix for customer modifications component CUS • Upload zip file to LCM • For MVX component – goes to TFix • For non-MVX component – choose from HFix, TFix and VFix

Introduction Fix Status Indicators Applied The tempfix is fully applied Superseded The tempfix is fully replaced by a later tempfix (only valid for MCEs) Partially superseded One or more of the files included in the tempfix is replaced by a later tempfix (only valid for MCEs) Not applied The tempfix is not applied Partially applied One or more of the files included in the tempfix is applied, but not all of them (only valid for tempfixes that are not MCEs)
