  2. Situation: • I volunteered for a “Fashion Night Out” Event • The event was down two models and the designer asked if I could be a model and well as scout out another model last minute

  3. Action: • I approached a classmate asking if she would mind being a model in the upcoming fashion night out and followed up with her • Even though I had no experience as a model, I looked at it as new opportunity

  4. Result: • Myself and the other student I scouted out were models in the fashion show • I gained an experience I would not have if I wasn’t flexible and willing to volunteer as a model instead of the original volunteering position I applied for
