  2. Definition Job Interview Job interview is to identify and select the candidate who is the best fit for your company. Your ability as a business owner or manager to conduct an affective interview is one of the most important aspect of the hiring process.

  3. Dos in job Interview • Dress appropriately for the industry. • Know the exact time and location of your interview. • Arrive early. • Maintain good eye contact during the interview. • Sit still in your seat; avoid fidgeting and slouching. • Respond to questions and back up your statements. • Ask for clarification if you don't understand a question. • Be honest and be yourself. • Treat the interview seriously. • Exhibit a positive attitude

DON'Ts in Job Interview • Don't treat the interview casually. • Avoid telling personal problem. • Don't ask at all, so, the interview is no impression • Avoid the issued a statement that weaken or interviewer becomes hesitant. • Don't be too confident to be accepted. • Don't be too pessimistic • Don't dress or wear jewelry that you are redundant incompatible whit the position you want to enter. • Don't chew a gum or don’t your hand phone sounded during the interview. • Don't tell the ugliness of the old company

Saturdays? • QUESTIONS ON DISABILITIES • What health problems do you have? • Can you read small print? (unless job related)
