DLG • 15 / 16 December, Brussels • Agenda finalised • RETF and CIVINET/REW meeting in connection with the DLG meeting • Morning of 16 December as “programme committee forum conference 2012” • Who should be invited in addition (EC, VG?) • Reminder to be sent to DLG early next week as few registrations have been received. • Can ICLEI say a couple of words about…? • Extra meeting in Funchal about the website • Concall 16 November

  4. Manuals • Polis currently undertaking mailing to people who have ordered the manual by means of the flyer • Reminder to those who distribute: please include evaluation form! • To be advertised at the public involvement thematic group page

  5. Thematic groups • What has been accomplished: • Roll-up ready (thank you Mostra and ICLEI!) • CATALIST people are aware • Flyers remain available • Call for interest at Forum has worked. Lists are reaching reasonable numbers. • First message to the groups have been sent: positive comments • Second message has been sent or is on its way. (for those who have to do so: put Polis in CC). • Add public involvement group to the website • Link with MIMOSA activities on social media • Online visibility

  6. Thematic groups – next steps • Polis will develop a methodology guide together with communication rules. Technology to be discussed in Graz. • Write guidelines for exchange • Further update online pages

Training session: Bologna • Prep meeting in Funchal • Trainers concall • Session content and exercises concept has been discussed • Programme almost finalised • Room booked, catering as good as confirmed • Web information and registration tool installed • First mailing carried out, poster and flyer visible in Funchal • 8 registrations so far (mainly NMS) • Next steps: • Subcontracting trainers • Resource pack and evaluation form • Renewed mailing • Promotion in internal newsletter

  10. RENAISSANCE liaison • Mainly informal interaction at Forum • And • E-mail exchanges focused on site visit, 16 December • Renaissance evaluators meeting will take place in parallel with DLG in Polis offices

  11. WP4 – CIVITAS@TRA • 1. Special session • Proposal submitted to TRA programme committee • Discussed with all speakers at Forum. • 2. REW@TRA • No news so far from TRA contact person in Athens. If no news by December we will start organising this independently.
