常見表面工藝處理的測試標準

新型表面工藝處理技法 金屬壓印 VS.NILVS. HOLO NIL 金屬壓印其母版為薄型金屬或輥輪, 母版上有圖紋結構, 利用熱/壓/時等控制手法讓受印體成型, 母版的圖紋成型以金加工或化學蝕刻處理, 圖紋精度大致約為100μm-50μm, 可處理成無膠製程, 光影部分可利用疊合方式導入但精度差只能做彩虹紋及波浪紋等大面積效果, 亦受限於受印體的材質 NIL壓印其母版為PDMS(聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane), 其圖紋結構係採用化學蝕刻製版處理, 圖紋精度依製版廠能力大致約為30μm-50μm,(部分廠商已進化到10μm), 其優點在於深寬比的成型, 所以在觸感與圖形上的應用常見, 為有膠製程, 利用UV固化來增進其表面硬度 HOLONIL 為普通NIL壓印的進階版, 其主要差異是在於製作圖紋母版前製程差異, 採用類半導體的光阻製程, 利用全像技術的光柵原理, 來表現為結構的圖紋組合與光線變化, 普級製版為100nm, 高階製版已可控制在10nm等級(但不建議使用)，後段製程類同NIL壓印，但已進化到因產業差異而有無鎳及無膠等製程工藝展現 , 如以普級的100nm與NIL的30μm比較, 單線寬精度為300倍, 構面精度為300*300倍, 除了圖紋更精緻細化外, 也能玩轉光線變化產生圖紋特效, 但其缺點為製版的困難性與設計軟實力, 故全球能將此 HOLO NIL做產業應用量產的廠商十分有限，尤其是利用ROLL式機台滿足大量生產的處理工藝。
