  3. Support Clubs to Obtain these Goals • Programs. Increase the number of women and girls clubs serve by providing additional Live Your Dream Awards and holding Dream It, Be It programs. • Membership. Grow and retain members by creating an enjoyable and civil member experience. • Public Awareness. Gain greater recognition by promoting clubs’ in your region impact through our Dream Programs.

  4. Support Clubs to Obtain these Goals • Fundraising. Increase funds raised to support our brand unifying Dream Programs. • Future. Mobilize support of our 2021-2013 Big Goal: Invest in the dreams of half a million women and girls through access to education.

  5. Region Conference • Allocate a total of 80 minutes for Region Chair presentations to cover content in the following areas: • Programs • Membership • Public Awareness • Contributions • Additionally, allocate a total of 40 minutes for the official visitor’s speech (20 minutes) and that you as Region Governors deliver key information (20 minutes) to be provided by SIA. • Total Time Allocated to Your Region Conference Agenda is 120 minutes or two hours.
