FIRST STEPS • Keying-in of static data at first Customs office of departure • Data recorded in international database • Customs get access to data by means of: • TIR Carnet Holder Reference Number; • TIR Carnet Number • Data can only be copied, not updated Working Party on Customs Questions affecting Transport 106th Session
