LAECLA (LITHUANIAN ADULT EDUCATION CENTRES LEADERS ASSOCIATION) The most active headmasters of Adult Education Centers on 6 December, 1996 united into Lithuanian Adult Education Centers Leaders Association. Today LAECLA represents formal and informal adult education in six regions of Lithuania. LSMCVA initiates innovations in adult education, organizes seminars, conferences, meetings. LSMCVA establishes contacts between Lithuanian and foreign adult education institutions. LSMCVA organizes different projects, gives suggestions to the Ministry of Education.

  6. 1. Kedainiai is one of the oldest towns in Lithuania which has an impressive and historically unique place – Old town

  7. 2. The Town Hall is one of the three, which still remain in Lithuania

  8. 3. Church of Evangelical Reformats. (1631-1653) It is a splendid Renaissance style church, with four baroque towers

  9. 4. In 1653 there were formed 6 market squeres in Kedainiai, the only example of urbanistics in Lithuania.Nowadays 4 market squeres are left in Kėdainiai

  10. 5. Minaret. There is a unique building in the outskirts of Kedainiai. It was built by the Russian general E. Totleben

  11. 6. The Kedainiai Regional Museum was founded in 1921 and is one of the oldest in Lithuania

  12. 7. The gothic St. George’s church is one of the first brick buildings in Kedainiai

  13. 8. Geographical Centre of Lithuania (Ruoščiai village)
