New “look and feel” but functionality has not changed • “Look and feel” is very similar to the EPIC system • 80% of HRMS eDocs system users are also EPIC system users, so we’re hopeful for a relatively smooth transition period • Two big changes: • Tabbed format • Side-by-side, before-and-after views

Timeline • “Power users” are currently testing the Person, Position, and Employee Activities eDocs. • Additional Pay eDocs are scheduled to be released to them on September 29th. • “Roll out” of the new system targeted for Monday, October 27th. It will be “rolled out” to regional campuses first, followed by the Bloomington campus and then the IUPUI campus.

  19. Training • Overview document available to all HRMS eDocs users this week • Just-in-time training available a couple of weeks prior to “roll-out” • Breeze sessions for regional campuses • Large in-person overview sessions at BL and IUPUI • Smaller in-person sessions for individuals unable to attend previous sessions or who need additional training • SOS (System Online Support) – updated shortly after “roll-out” of new eDocs system • Other…
