ATTENDANCE • Complete one of the attendance forms on your table. • Be sure to list all of the organizations you are here representing. • Your organization will not get credit for attendance at this workshop if you do not complete AND turn in the form. • Turn the forms in at the end of the workshop by dropping them in the basket located by the door.

  5. Things you should know Does my organization have… A Huskynet Account email, file space, etc. Any Accounts 900 and/or 334 A Storage a locker or storage room A Mailbox you all do! An advisor you all must! Visit the resource tables in the back at the end if you’re not sure about any of these!

  6. Annual Registration Requirements Requirements: 1. Complete the online registration requirements in Collegiatelink 2. Send at least one person from your organization to one of the required workshops Deadline is September 30 Questions, help with the new club management system or registration in general can be directed to the CSOLD Resource Desk at 8-3004 or studentorgs@stcloudstate.edu.

Accessing the new system: • http://www.stcloudstate.edu/csold/organizations • Click on “manage my organizations” • Login • Setting up your profile • Registration • Email confirmations • Assistance with this step (bring advisor email, 3 officers email, and ten members email and we’ll do this step with you) • Thursday, September 23 from 4 – 5 p.m. in MC 207 • Friday, September 24 from 12 noon – 1 p.m. in MC 207 Collegiatelink

  8. Collegiatelink Each organization has its own site where members can collaborate in discussion posts, events, photos, and other online features. As a student leader, you control the majority of these features.

Important Dates Annual registration deadline Thursday, September 30 Sidestreet Thursday, January 20 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Atwood Main Lounge Student Government Trainings Treasurer Training Clinics September 27 & 28 in the Atwood Theater at 2 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3 p.m., or 3:30 p.m. on each day Required for any organization that HAS a FY 2011 budget Budget Training Times, dates and locations TBA Required for any organization that WANTS at FY 2012 budget Annual Budget Request Deadline TBA This is the deadline to request a budget for FY 2012 All of this information is on our website at www.stcloudstate.edu/csold/organizations under Events and Training.

  12. Updates/Reminders New finances section to the guidebook Vehicle User Agreement Students driving for any organization purpose must complete this each year. A link to the agreement is on our website under organization resources/travel. Room reservations There is a $25 fee for no showing to a room reservation in Atwood Funding this year Graphic standards On publications, please put the following disclaimer, “A registered student organization of St. Cloud State University.” University letterhead is only for official university business New social host ordinance

  16. DON’T FORGET TO COMPLETE AND TURN IN YOUR ATTENDANCE FORM!TURN THEM IN BY DROPPING THEM IN THE BASKET ON THE WAY OUT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION TO GET CREDIT FOR ATTENDANCE AT THE WORKSHOP.
