Who We Are • All India Council for Human Resource Professional (AICHRP) is a Non Government, Not-for-profit National apex body, promotes the HRD movement in India and improved the abilities of the human resource professionals to compete worldwide and thus creating value for our society. • Established in 2008, AICHRP is autonomous, not-for-profit professionally managed organization, playing a catalyst role in grooming Leaders for Tomorrow. It has 10,500 members representing, Multinationals, Public & Private organizations including Government, MSME & NGOs spread across 20chapters in India and serves as a reference point for HR Professionals in Indian Industry. • AICHRP provides a platform for thought leadership, sharing of best practices and professional networking within the Indian and global HR communities in order to take the profession higher through continuous and collaborative learning. • A Pan India organization – AICHRP is well spread across 20 states covering 450 districts.

Our Successful Vertical • AITMC works as a top industrial body and signifies the benefits of trade and commerce, interaction with the local and State government on policies and interfaces with international administrations to encourage consensual fiscal issues. • The 2013-14 - AITMC theme is advancement of the skilled workforces by launching/ several excellence centers all over India to offer skilled workforces to the industries. With this goal , AITMC plan to extend support in opening of 1 excellence center in every 4 districts across India. • To facilitate direct academic and Industrial interaction. • Help the business owners not only in the development of their new ventures but also in the up gradation of their present knowledge about technology and help them in Re- Engineering with sustainable technology. • Promote globalization. We work to make the Indian Industrial Sector as one of the most powerful industrial economy amongst the global market. • AITMC aim at establishing and operating the Centers of excellence for the development and growth of the skills and potentials of the young generation in almost all parts of the country.
