  2. A coordination meeting takes place every 2 weeks. All the people involved in the installation are invited and receive information e-mails. If some of you want to be added in the e-group, let me know. The minutes are available on the Twiki page of the coordination This presentation is a summary of progress of the following main subjects: Linac4 Reference Database Integration studies Logistics and schedule studies Coordination of installation J.Coupard

Linac4 Reference Database For the moment, nothing has been put inside the layout database due to: • Definition of naming and code equipment - ongoing • Definition of regions (i.e inter-tank zones) S.Bartolome, R.Billen and P.Le Roux are still working on all present data contained in different supports such as Integration, Remo’s Excel file, MAD files… Information missing: • Beam instrumentations - pending • Vacuum valves - pending • Definition of the Assembly Breakdown Structure “ABS” for cavities - ongoing It will be necessary to have the MTF structure done to link the documentation Today, nothing in MTF database J.Coupard
