  3. Post procedure on table c arm check – normal • After extubation patient had persistent cough • Not subsiding • Developed chest pain bilaterally

  4. Bilateral ICTD placed Bilateral pneumothoraces Lung expanded, Tubes removed

  5. Uniform involvement of lung parenchyma • Interstitial infiltrates lymphocytes • Bronchocentric infiltrates • Epitheloid cells Scanner view

  6. Low power view

  7. High power view

  8. Ill formed granuloma • 4 pieces with 2 of adequate size • 2 lobes to be sampled Tissue is the issue!
