  3. in some cases where the issue is deeper, then you will need to look into why you are fatigued for you to be restored back to normal working conditions. In this piece, we are going to explore some of the reasons that may lead to extreme fatigue.

  4. Excess Physical Activity The human body unfortunately is not designed to work nonstop. After some point, the body wears down and you will need to rest. Extreme fatigue may arise following periods of extreme physical activity like going to the gym, playing games and so on. Usually, in such cases, when you rest up the body will reset and you will be good to go.

  5. Free Radical Damage Free radicals will often breakdown parts of bacteria and tissues as part of the normal body operations. For instance, if there is hormonal imbalance in the body, then some bacteria will start eating up at the good bacteria. If it gets to alarming levels, the mitochondria in your body will not be able to create enough energy to sustain you. This will result in feelings of extreme fatigue and general body weakness.

  6. Hormonal Imbalance In the human body, there is a delicate balance of enzymes that allows you to operate as you do. Any slight shift often has massive impacts. With the proper balance created, the individual will operate at optimum. Hormonal imbalances can lead to feelings of extreme fatigue as the body works overdrive to restore itself to normal. Extreme fatigue may also lead to mental exhaustion.
