  5. What? • Proposed merger of two practices into one building with a new name • Increased clinical capacity • Improved accessibility • Opportunity for increased range of services

  6. How? • Patient engagement: • Opportunity to comment until 22 May 2018 • Report to Primary Care Commissioning Committee • Letter to all patients explaining the changes

  7. When? • It is proposed that • King’s Medical Centre will be • established from 1 July 2018
