  1. Flow Assurance for 8” trunkline from GGS III(Gamij) to GGS I(Gamij) to GGS (Ramol) A Case Study

  2. Area IV: Gamij Field

  3. The Challenge • Due to oil being received via both flow lines and(termed ‘inside’) and via tankers (termed ‘outside’) there is wild variation in input crude oil conditions due to uncertainty in ‘outside’ crude oil quality • Presence of very high water cuts at the input end due to regular hot water flushing jobs carried out at the wells due to which conventional flow improver technology fails

  4. GAMIJ TO RAMOL CRUDE OIL JOURNEY

  5. Effect of Flow Assurance Chemical on Rheological Parameters( Dynamic Viscosity and Pour Point)

  6. Effect of Flow Assurance Chemicals on Line Pressure during peak winter conditions

  7. Increasing trend in daily production of Oil received and Ramol GGS Liquid production(m3/day)

  8. Benefits observed

  9. Certificate of successful Flow Assurance
