  15. The Program • Student Learning Plans (Initialed and signed) • Parental Involvement • Tutoring • 2 days - 2 hours • Testing • Pre-test, Post-test • Attendance Forms • (Initialed and signed) • Progress Reports • Focus on Objectives in the Student Learning Plan

  16. The Curriculum • K, 1, 2 Grade • After-School Achievers • 3-8 Grade • SC PASS Coach • 9 Grade ECOP • 10-12 Grade SC HSAP Coach • EXTRA Resources are given on a as needed basis

  17. INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM AND STRATEGIES • 1. Teach from the goals and objectives listed on the student’s plan (2 Math & 2 Reading). • 2. Locate the instructional materials in the text provided and teach the materials. • 3. Provide an activity for the student that supports the objective. • 4. Allow the students to summarize (orally) the materials taught. • 5. Jot down notes in order to effectively write the Progress Reports.

  18. Monitoring & Evaluating Student Achievement • 1. Pre-test must be graded and turned in. Keep note of the grades and accomplishments of your students. • 2. Make sure that you jot down notes regarding the progress made by your students daily. • 3. Develop a checklist of goals and objectives on student’s plans.
