  1. Answer true or false and state why. 1. Listening to classical music before going to bed improves health because it calms the nerves of the listener. This may explain why babies who listen to Mozart at a young age are calmer children. Classical music also helps students concentrate on their school work. It helps older people improve their memory. Finally, classical music played in an art gallery encourages wealthy people to purchase expensive art. This is a good detail sentence.

It is common to find workers listening to Tchaikovsky or Handel when their bosses walk by. Most workers think that listening to classical music will make them appear smarter or more cultural to their boss. The detail sentence supports the topic sentence.
