  2. Did you know… ...birth to women over 50 were not tracked for a long time? They just lumped them into the 45 to 49 category. Is government encouraging women to lie about their age or is this just really bad data collection?

  3. Have you heard… …there is seasonal love data? Birth rates were the highest in the month of September… …looks like there is some serious January snuggling going on!!

  4. Did you know… …that births to single women is at an historic all time high?

  5. Have you heard… …that birth rates to fathers in the 15 to 19 year old age group have reached their lowest level in years?

  6. Did you know… …that Sunday has lowest birth rate?

  7. Have you heard… …that Tuesday’s child is full of grace and there happens to be the most of those? More babies are born on Tuesdays than any other day of the week!

  8. Did you know… Birth Registrar are very busy people! They have registered: 73, 675 live births in 2007 72,382 live births in 2008 70,414 live births in 2009 That is a lot of birth data!

  9. Have you heard… …that September 23, 2009 had the most babies born (262) and …December 25th and January 4th had the fewest births at 101?

  10. Did you know… The biggest baby born in 2009 toppled the scales at 6980 grams or 15 lbs. 6 oz. That mother deserves a day at the spa!

  11. Have you heard… That in 2009, 50,866 babies were born vaginally while 19, 528 babies were born by cesarean
