How to complete aHazardous Waste Consignment Note This guide will take you through the steps for completing Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes to enable you to send recovered refrigerants and other hazardous waste to a recycler, or for destruction. Each movement requires a consignment note • Hazardous Waste Consignment Note NOTE: Some Recyclers and Wholesalers may provide customised Consignment Notes specifically for recovered refrigerants. These will contain the same PARTS as the standard Consignment Notes but may have some information already completed. When PARTS A-D are completed • Retain the Producer/Consignor/Waste Holder Copy • All other copies (Carrier Copy and Consignee Copy) must be handed to the Carrier to accompany the movement. • Part E will be completed by the recipient of the waste, who will send a copy back to you as the consignor.
