ISO 9001:2008 • 1.- Prácticamente igual a Nch2728 • 2.- Cambio en requisito 6.2 Recursos Humanos • El personal que realice trabajos que afecten a la conformidad con los requisitos del producto debe ser competente con base en la educación, formación, habilidades y experiencias apropiadas. • Temas a auditar: • Competencia, formación y toma de conciencia • Infraestructura • Ambiente de trabajo • Eficacia de los procesos de capacitación (*) • Descripción de cargo (formato DAP)
