July 9, 2007 Newest Addition!Small Business & Trades Center Secured: • $5 Million Capital Project (Includes 4th & 5th Floors) • $3.5m Capital EDA Investment by Dept. of Commerce • $850,000 in Leveraged Property Value • $200,000 in EDI Funds (Senator Jim Talent) • $450,000 from Catholic Charities Grant Still Need to Secure: • Operational Support of $500k to $600k per year.
