Benefits • FAMILY PACT program can provide you with free family planning services such as: • Birth Control methods and supplies • Basic Reproductive health assessments • Prevention and Treatment of sexually transmitted infections • Female and Male sterilization • Individual education and counseling

  4. Limitations • The Family PACT Program Does not: • Provide you with all medical care free of charge. • Cover anyone else unless they too are enrolled in the program. • You can only get these services at medical clinics/pharmacies that offer the FAMILY PACT program.

  5. How To Enroll In Family PACT Program • Meet eligibility criteria: • At risk of getting pregnant or causing pregnancy • California Resident • No other affordable family planning health coverage or needing services to be kept confidential • Income guidelines (see chart on next slide) • Fill out CEC form and bring it to the Student Health Center.
