  5. Math Liaisons • Began 5 years ago with Developmental Math Liaison • Established to foster trust in CLAC services • Expanded 3 years ago to shared Release Time between Math and Developmental Math • Experienced unprecedented success • Led to creation of other faculty liaison positions

  7. Communication • Inform department of CLAC activities • Inform CLAC of departmental needs • Mediate tutoring problems • Bring departmental concerns to TC • Bring tutoring concerns to department

  8. Tutor Training • Biweekly Tutor Training Meetings • Proficiency testing • Available for questions and concerns

  9. Workshops • Prerequisite topics reviews • Problematic topics • Final exam reviews • Topics requested by faculty or tutors

  10. Consulting • Aid in recruitment of tutors • Review materials developed by tutors • Meet with Math/STEM tutorial supervisors • Assist in enhancing the quality of tutorial services
