STAND SIZE & TABLES • NUMBER OF TABLES: Unless we have told you otherwise, you will probably receive the same number of tables as last year according to the bazaar coordinator’s spreadsheet. • ASSEMBLING TABLES: Some tables will need to be assembled. We will try to limit these to the stands located in the café (UK, Italy, Turkey, Greece & Hungary), but that may not be possible.Please be prepared to assemble the tables by bringing an adjustable wrench or a socket wrench (size 13, 14 and 17).

  41. DECORATING YOUR STAND You can decorate your stands as you wish. However we must follow the following rules from NATO: • No nails, tacks or glue on the walls • No staples or other damaging materials on the tables • Nothing other than the country plaques hanging from the ceiling • No lit candles
