  1. ICON Refrigerated Shipper Note: This shipper contains 10 packs, 4 that must be frozen at -20°Cand 6 that must be refrigerated at 5°C. All packs should be properly conditioned for at least 24 hours prior to packing and shipping specimens. Select and prepare Refrigerated Shipper. Remove foam lid. > 24 hrs. remove and refrigerate center packs (5°C). >24 hrs.remove and freeze 4 side packs (-20°). Select empty Refrigerated Shipper. Place 2 frozen packs on 1 side. Place 2 frozen packs on other side. Continued on next page View of frozen packs in shipper. Place 1 refrigerated pack in center bottom. Place a refrigerated pack on each center side. View of refrigerated packs in center.

  2. ICON Refrigerated Shipper (Continued) Place up to 3 95kPa bags in center. 95Kpa bags should be placed side by side. Place 6th refrigerated pack on top. Secure compartment lid. Fold side flaps on shipper. Secure shipper lid. Place adhesive strip on shipper . Place completed airbill on shipper.
