  3. HEMOCHROMATOSIS 74 yo woman with a chronic metabolic disease

  4. PCL AVULSION 46 yo woman with left knee pain

  5. GREATER TUBEROSITY FX 73 y/o female. Pain and weakness right shoulder. Evaluate for impingement or RTC tear. Pt fell in parking lot on her right arm in November.

  6. 47 y/o man with knee pain for several months. No known history of injury TRANSIENT MARROW EDEMA, SONK, INSFY FX, AVN ?

  7. 17 y/o with knee pain. Medial pain with valgus stress. r/o internal derangement or meniscal tear. PREFEMORAL FAT INFLAMMATION

  8. 66 y/o female with persistent anterior knee pain and swelling. Osgood-Schlatter?

  9. 80 y/o male with bilateral wrist pain SLAC VS PYRO-PHOSPHATE ARTHROPATHY

  10. 79 y/o female with “erosive osteoarthritis” by IDXRAD report. Suspected rheumatoid arthritis by rheumatology consult. Patient also has history of osteomyelitis of distal finger ?5th. Reports also suggest CPPD arthropathy. Left Right

  12. 35 y/o Alaskan Pt with knee pain and swelling Plica and synovitis Sag T1 PostGd FSat Sag T2 FatSat Sag PD Axial T1 PostGd FSat

  13. 36 year old weightlifter with right shoulder pain and possible rotator cuff tear Post labral tear and ganglion cysts T1 FS MR@ T2 FS FSE MR@

  14. 58 year old woman with severe pain in midfoot, especially plantar aspect of 2nd MTP Joint Freiberg’s infraction

  15. 45 year old female with severe pain in right anterior sternoclavicular joint with associated pain and popping. Physical exam: SC joint crepitation with forward flexion of shoulder, no pustulosis noted. Normal CBC Condensing osteitis

  16. 16 year old female with left shoulder pain and popping for 1 year. Worst in anterior and lateral aspect of shoulder with “feeling of moving shoulder in and out of joint” Sublabral recess/hole vs. SLAP
